Will my print look exactly like the model?
No. 3D printing can cause minor imperfections, but the final result will not be far off. For more details, just ask.
Do you offer finishing services?
We do not currently offer finishing services, but they can be done.
Can you engrave photos or logos?
Yes, we can.
How do I place an order?

Do you require payment upfront?
Payment upfront is required for custom items.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but once production has started, changes or cancellations may require additional fees. Ask for details.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Shipping outside the U.S. may cost more than expected.

rPET is made from 100% recycled water bottles.
Do you offer refunds or reprints?

Who owns the design files?
Files we create are owned by us. Files provided by customers remain the customer’s property and may be kept
for reprints unless requested otherwise. Email us for details.
